Refund Policy

Clear and transparent terms for KidSmart subscriptions

Free Trial Period

Try Before You Pay: We offer a 5-day free trial so you can experience KidSmart risk-free before making any financial commitment.

During your 5-day trial period:

  • Full access to all KidSmart features
  • No credit card charge during the trial
  • Cancel anytime before trial ends - zero charges
  • No questions asked, completely risk-free

If you decide KidSmart isn't right for you, simply cancel before the trial period ends and you won't be charged anything.

Paid Subscription Refunds

Important: Once your paid subscription period begins (after the free trial), we do not issue refunds for that billing period.

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, once the billing period has started (after the 5-day trial), we will not issue refunds for the current month. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but the current month's payment is non-refundable.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, once payment is processed, we do not issue refunds for the subscription period. You can cancel your annual subscription at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your already-paid annual period.

Example scenarios:

  • If you're charged on January 1st and cancel on January 10th, you will not receive a refund for January
  • You will continue to have access until January 31st
  • We will not charge you for February onwards

Refund Exceptions

We will issue refunds in the following circumstances:

Billing Errors

If we mistakenly charge you after you have properly cancelled your subscription, we will refund that payment in full immediately. Please contact our support team with details of the error.

Duplicate Charges

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.

Technical Issues

If technical problems on our end prevent you from accessing the service for an extended period, please contact us to discuss a resolution.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to Account Settings or Subscription Management
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm cancellation

Your cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing periods. You will continue to have access to KidSmart until the end of your current paid period.

Refund Processing

In cases where refunds are applicable (billing errors or duplicate charges), refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.
