These practice papers are highly recommended when preparing for grammar school and independent school exams. The papers can be used irrespective of the 11 plus exam format. Whether you are preparing for CEM, GL assessment, SET, ISEB, CSSE, Kent or any other 11 plus exams. The style of the 11 plus papers are mixed and includes both multiple choice and write the answer type questions.
Many grammar school 11 plus practice tests papers are multiple choice format, especially the ones following CEM and GL assessment. Even for these exams we suggest practicing our 11+ practice test papers to strengthen the knowledge, skills and approaches.
These practice papers do not cover the verbal reasoning and non verbal reasoning 11+ practice papers.
Our 11 plus practice modules contain verbal reasoning questions. We suggest that you subscribe to our practice modules.
The grammar school and independent school exam authorities do not publish the verbal reasoning papers. As a result, we cannot add them to the collection.
We do have plans to add our own verbal reasoning practice papers that you will be able to benefit from.
We do not provide non verbal reasoning questions but we recommend using CGP 11 plus practice papers to prepare for non verbal reasoning topics of the 11 plus entrance exam.
The papers CGP provide are good for general practice but remember that as everyone else may also be using the same papers you will need additional practice for non verbal reasoning papers 11 plus.
To get an edge over others in this competitive exam try to practice as much as possible for the non verbal reasoning topics. Note that adults usually find the non verbal reasoning questions harder than children.

No. You need to practice as many 11 plus non verbal reasoning practice papers as you can but most importantly you must see growth with every practice test paper you try.
Non verbal reasoning requires a lot of practice to remember the patterns, as most of the patterns will repeat. You will notice that the practice papers help you master the most common patterns but will also introduce new ones that will suddenly throw you out.
Do not forget to watch the YouTube videos on non verbal reasoning where others have explained different techniques or have solved the practice test papers and past papers.
