Do I need multiple subscriptions if I have 3 children?

No, you just need to buy a single subscription. Each subscription allows you to create upto 3 child profiles.

Fair usage policy applies - All children using the same subscription must belong to the same family. The same subscription cannot be used by multiple families.

Any non-compliance of the fair usage poilcy would result into termination of the subscription and no refunds would be made.

Can I use KidSmart with android device?

Yes, you can use the web app on the browser. We do not currently have native support for android devices but any browser on your android device should work.

Can I use KidSmart on my iPhone?

Yes, you can use the web app on the browser. We do not currently have native support for iPhone. You cannot install the app on your iPhone device but any browser on your device should work.

Why can't I find the app on the AppStore?

The app will only show on the AppStore when searched on the iPad. It will not show on the iPhone or Mac AppStore.

Get an iPad and search for the app using the keyword "KidSmart" on the AppStore.

How to contact KidSmart team?

There are multiple ways you can contact us.
1. Chat with us - The easiest way to get to us is using the chat icon at the bottom right corner. Click on it to start chatting. If you chat with us during the time when no one is available or the customer service team is too busy helping other customers then we may not come back to you instantly. Even then we encourage you to leave a message so that the team can reply back to your email.
2. Contact us form - Use the contact us form on website and drop us a message.
